..sorry, no. When they were first developing the manga, there ended up being 85 filler episodes between part one and two, in Japan, sooo thats what they are going to show in U.S.
The 85 fillers, Ultimate ninja 3 is out on Tuesday and so Naruto Shippuuden Accel will take about another year. Sorry.
