Wow. Performance left me speechless. Boy'z got (had) such a rare raw blues soul. His voice belies his age. Screaming with passion. God-damn, I can't get enough of his early shit. @Bradalmy2 Well, it depends on what book you're reading...for instance, if we were reading a fresh issue of Playboy, I will judge that book by its cover, because clearly if the cover wasn't that inticing to begin with, I would have never picked it up off the shelf at the local 7/11...however, if it's something with some substance to it, "Grapes of Wrath", "The Old Man and the Sea", that isn't necessarily that appealing to the masses, you are correct sir! Dont ever judge a book by its cover...

@dmb3305 But how would you know that "Grapes of Wrath" was a fantastic piece of art...if....you hadn't already read it. So obviously you do read the book,and a fine one at that. Well we could of course, ask a sight impaired individual what part of the musical (book) he enjoys and judges from.....Just a thought

@benjimckinney I been a fan of his for years when his first hit came out. I used to be in love with that long hair lol... He was also in Blues Brothers 2000. That movie has some awesome tunes. I watch it just to hear the music from Jonny and all the others as well.

@spirittro It's called being a "smart artist" yeah Jonny is great but he's not as well noticed as John Mayer because he hasn't put himself in the pop scene... And you can't say that John Mayer is not a good artist because even his pop stuff he uses REAL INSTRUMENTS with good arrangements... And he incorporates his blues stuff into his recent albums. Buy yourself a copy of Continuum, it's the best album that I've heard in the past ten years... You can't put down a guy if you don't know your facts

@leeanniepoohcds John Mayer is nasally???? Yeah... If you took the time to actually listen to his music you would see he sings falsetto on his high notes and he's a WAY BETTER live singer than Lang... I've seen both of them live and Lang screams from his throat most of the time, while John Mayer actually uses voice control... Get your facts straight buddy
