I'd hate to say it but at 3:20 where the song ends where the class falls asleep after he reads them a story, the theme-piece where the bad guy (Mr. Krisham) or whatever floats up to the window with a gun in his dream, is missing from the soundtrack, as is the reprisal of that tune where Krisham's mother aims a gun at Kimble in the restroom. Anyone else seem to notice that?
Track 8 is like a time machine. Gives me a massive nostalgia rush and almost brings a tear to my eye thinking of my childhood. Randy Edelman, you are a great man.
HAHAA! I use to watch this movie when I was a little kid! Could you believe it? Me, a little kid watching this kind movie? I love this movie from the bottom of my heart. It always reminds me of my Preschool, Kindergarten, and 1st & 2nd Grade days. (^_^)
18 years since it came out! Yikes!! I remember watching it again and again growing up in Cape Town, South Africa. That first song really makes you feel like taking a drive in a forest :-)
im going ask you a bunch of questions, and i want to have them answered immedietly. How many of you were born in Astoria? Cum an raise your hands lets see dem. how many of you were bowne somewhere outside, somewhere like CULIFAUNIA rasie ya hands. HMMMMMMM
Track 7 is so uplifting, than track 8 is just so happy and sad at the same time. Track 8 just reminds me for some reason of how fast time has passed by, it's been more than 18 years since this movie originally came out.
Track #7 (Rain Ride) is simply a derivate of the "Road To Santa Fe" track from Twins movie soundtrack, both scored by Randy Edelman, both staring Arnold and both directed by Ivan Reitman.
Great soundtrack. Too bad he couldn't have put words to some of this. I believe Mr. Edelman is married to the GREAT Jackie DeShannon. Would love to hear her sing again, especially if there were words put to this music.
Track # 7 which is entitled "the kindergarten cop" the main theme is my favorite song, probablly the best song ive ever had which does not contain lyrics, it also gives me a warm feeling inside, it cannot get played out for me!
LOL YES!

Film très moyen relevé par une excellente Bof, surtout la chanson n°9 à 1.55. Randy Edelman, très très fort !
