Is it still in Hebrew with Arabic and English subtitles, or is it dubbed in English now?

El Al should have it be in a Hebrew and English dub and then have subtitles in Arabic and of the destination/origin country (in this case German, as this is from Austria)

Well, if El Al considered the language of the destination/origin country, this video would have had German subtitles. Vienna is in Austria, a German-speaking country.
