"Beep, Ahhhhh" is the sample that he was using. You can find that on pretty much every breaks/dj tools record.

You'll even find the "Beep, Ahhhh, Freshhhh!" alot too...

Preemo used two samples to make it. First one is from Summer Madess of course. Second - piano loop is taken from Ahmad Jamal's "The Awakening". Sample appears @ 0:02. The piano has been cut and reordered masterfully by Preemo, and he applied some equalizer to make it sound differently. I'm a hip-hop producer and i know that it's impossible to eliminate trumped, drums and bass without losing quality of whole sample.

Finally, i think that Easy Mo Bee sampled DJ Premier. This loop sound exactly like this one in "Deep Concentration". It's impossible to filter all of this bassline, hihats and snare... Maybe using some of modern technology, but not in 1989!
