  • I had a nasal polyps removal on 1/12/2012. A week after that, my dr. removed the package and he asked me to do the irrigation 3 times a day. He gave me his own recipe, which is one cup of water, 1/3 to 1/2 a teaspoon of iodized salt, 1 teaspoon of backing soda. The solution is working perfectly with me. The first time I did, it wasn't a good experience, but you'll get use to it. Now, I do it very easily.

  • after years of sinus problems i've decided to do the rinse. Will be trying my first rinse tonight however i'm a little nervous

  • arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh ... there is an 'H' in herbal...

  • Plus all that air up there can't be good, particularly for those with air already trapped in their eustachian tubes.

  • I imagine this would get stuck inside my head worse than with a neti pot. Anyone with internal inflammation from allergies have to be careful.

  • is that painful?

  • nasty, you swallowed half of it

  • You looked like you enjoyed that alot. Lol jk but I love it!

  • ive been plugged up so bad i couldnt get it to hardly come out the other side

  • whenever I have a stuffy nose, I just eat a habanero. usually clears up.

  • My doctor told me by adding salt to the water will suffice. From what I understand the products are designed to counteract the chlorine in the water. If you tried to put regular warm water up your nose, it would burn something fierce. So my doctor said don't waster our money on these products as they are all designed to neutralize the chlorine and take way the burning feeeling.

  • this guy is WAY to into it lawl

  • when it comes down to it sea salt and table salt are the same dumb fuck

  • @thugg90 no they're not .. read up on it .. sea salts are better " dumb fuck"

  • @kevinbattista elaborate. theyre just better?

  • erb...h it has a h in it ...herb..hhhhhhherb

  • EXELLIENT!!!!!!!!!!...No Doctors No drugs..natural!!!!!!..and it works

  • can some one tell me what i did wrong that one nostril became slightly blocked, even though i do is sufficiently on both sides, the other nostril is clear as day, and i dont have a deviated septum, so what's wrong. i used 1/3 teaspoon non iodized salt and 1 cup of waem water like everyone says

  • The idea of nasal irrigation is to GENTLY flush bacteria and pollutants from the passages & to let gravity do the work of the flushing. I don't think it's safe to use a squeeze bottle with no way to intelligently and safely adjust the velocity. There isn't supposed to be velocity. It's supposed to be gentle. Who shoots capasasin up their nose? Insane!.

  • Capsaisin is whats used in pepper spray. Seems a bit strong for a nasal pasages.

  • My biggest problem is that it is difficult to do a proper flush with a small bottle. My neti pot hold 15 ounces and it is the only one i use. The bottle is ineffective because there isn't a constant stream and the head is not being turned sideways for proper drainage.

  • You really should try our new Sinus Genie neti bottle. It;s a hybrid of a neti pot and rinse bottle in one. I guarantee you'll love it. It actually lets you use it as a neti pot, but you can also control the flow by squeezing it. Our Sinus Genie Neti Bottle makes all other nasal rinse applicators obsolete.

  • All you people are crazy! I don't do drugs ^_^

  • When I do nasal rinsing, I usually prefer baking soda over any other stuff. And wow, I love the feeling it gives me because it feels awesome and clean. But I got to try some of these things too, looks effective as well.

  • Try Sinus Genie salt and if you don't like it we'll give your money back, but you'll see it's awesome stuff.

  • Thanks for showing that. I know it really works!

  • looked painful

  • it's not, I use soemthing like this a couple times a week and it doesn't hurt at all or really bother you.

This video made me laugh so hard though, cause the big burly guy is about to cry

  • @litlmrstrble feels like sniffing up swimming water without the burning

  • Actually not that bad... and is apparently healthy (just don't use too much at once).

  • Cleaning your nose in the kitchen sink huh? That is definitely not good public health practice.

  • i doubt there is any kinda germ left in his nose after that shit went through

  • Straight cayenne pepper powder like you get at the grocery store. 88 cents for 3.2 ounces at CVS a few weeks ago.

I actually drink cayenne pepper tea as well, a full teaspoon of that in a cup of very warm water with a tablespoon of honey, knock it back QUICK so my

mouth doesn't burn. Good stuff, I have not caught any colds or flu when everyone else I know has.

I am not a fan of hot spicy food but use this medicinally.

  • If you use Afrin for more than 4 days in a row, you will NEED it to open up your sinuses. It's a steroid, and your body becomes dependent on it.

  • I'm a girly girl and I use cayenne pepper in my sinus rinse bottle right up my nose.

A 6th of a teaspoon in warm water.

This really really clears the congestion right up.

It really isn't as bad as you'd imagine.

  • This is a Great info video...H1N1 will not thrive in the nasal passages if cleaned out regularly.--Even if it's just with saline.

    Get a hint!

  • Hey, do you know if this is sold anywhere in Europe?

  • I wonder if it would sell well as seasoning? :)

  • isn't pepper an irritant? why would you put anything else than salt in this thing?

  • lol..........smellivision...wouldn't it be telesmellum or something?

  • I would never put hot capsicum pepper directly up my nose. I just eat lots of very spicy Mexican food and my sinus emptys entirely.

  • wow..nice way to waste a good amount of water to fill up the netti bottle..

  • ha that stuff looks like coke!!! XD LOL

  • "Ahhh, that's friggin' awesome man" lol

  • lol almost seems like your doing some kind of crack, "its awesome!"

looks a bit painful, since your washing your nose with pepper oils, but then again i never tried this

  • depending on the size of my nostrils that applicator wouldnt even fit up my nose.however now i know how i can make up my own sea salt mix using a smaller applicator ie nose dropper forcing up a few crushed mixed peppers into the solutuion as well will be suffice.thanks for the tip.i 'm feeling much better today. thanks for asking. so kind of u.

  • Those rinse bottle tips look big, but you don't put the top in your nose. You simply place it against your nostril and let the little hope in the top do the work. I wouldn't advise putting crushed peppers up your nose either. Good luck though.

  • hi i was just being funny. i would never put crushed peppers only very finely infused pulped up drained separated peppers boiled virtually to showing no colour of the pepper itself mixed with the salts making a solution which should do the trick. i have been cooking alot of chilli lately and that helps also. love the stuff. have a good day :-)

  • haha i totally agree with a10fjet you totally sound like you're getting high. lol but i totally agree with you, this shit is the best! i just got it and i love it! i'm going to go on this website right now to check out your sinus genie stuff! looks awesome! thanks man!

  • This looks a heck of a lot easier than that crazy torture device called the Neti Pot lol! Is this one more expensive though?

  • No it's not more expensive. Also, my company is coming out with a brand new device that combines a neti pot nozzle with a rinse bottle. We have patents on it and I invented it to come up with an all around nasal rinsing solution. We call it a Neti Bottle and it fantastic. Look for it in late August.

  • I got this stuff and it works amazingly well

  • all my life ive had nasal problems all year round. i need to try this

  • all you need is a little bit of sea salt..not all this extra crap

  • Actually, the addition of Eucalyptus, Spearmint, Lemongrass and Black Pepper takes nasal rising to the next level. Contact me for a trial sample.

  • idid this with a pump water bottle.....fuck it hurt

  • if you were using this product would you be having trouble smelling all those herbs when you open it to use it? lol

  • the reason we use seasalt is because it is natural, not because of the minerals. table salt has additives added in

  • it look fun!!!....lol

  • you definitely sound like a drug addict the whole time your using the stuff lol

    btw this stuff works

  • I wish I had Smell-o-Vision...

  • Best damn nasal spray lol. My nose literally unclogged itself just looking at this video. I'm sitting her with about 3 layers of clothes, sweating & trying to get my nose to open. I'm definitely going to try this!! I hate breathing out of my mouth lol

  • Hey I cant find the capcaisin dropper on your page?

  • I have a partial deviated septum. (too much fighting) I use a neti pot right now, but sometimes have problems getting it to flow on one side. (depends on how congested I am) Does a bottle work better to add slight pressure of fluid?

Pepperman I am going to give your salt and capcasin a try. Looks great!

  • I have a deviated septum too, I just use my rhino horn neti-pot and if you feel pressure just keep holding it there it will go through.

  • I wound up getting the bottle in the vid at local pharmacy. It works 100% better than the genie lamp style on my deviated septum. I used everything is this vid. good stuff.

  • The bottle is better I agree.

  • Hey i was browsing through youtube when i found this video and I remember seeing you on "the big idea". I'm going to try out your product as it looks like an awesome alternative to the other sinus products out there.

I'm a small entrepreneur myself and I'd just like to congratulate you on the success of your business, It's a story that all us "small time entrepreneurs" can look up to and motivation to strive to "make it big" as well.

  • BALDWIN!

  • Poor Billy Baldwin, taking any job he can get....

  • GOD I wish I was Billy Baldwin. At least I'd be banging China Phillips and making more cash....

  • YOU DITZ! That's not Billy Baldwin! His name is Wayne!

  • 3:28-45 just doesn't look right. Especially with the preceding quote "cuz see it shoots out like crazy cuz that's how it's designed".

  • That nasal rinse bottle isnt a product of his though.

Hes basically saying you can use whatever bottle you want.

  • stuff's great bought some today and if USA today said it works, you better believe it.

  • doesnt even work for me. one side of my nose is clogged so i used the pot on that side, didnt go anywhere just pooled in the top of my head.

tried the left side and it came out my mouth and i choked.

  • That's why a nasal rinse bottle wrks better. It blasts through that sinus crap.

  • are you all right?

  • awesoem

  • Ahh I love using these things. They work so damn well!

  • boil ur water and wait for it to cool

  • I think this video just changed my life.

  • Doas this hert?

I have badddddd nasel confestion but my docter also said i have nasel polips so this rinse might not do the trick for me but answer my question pleas anyone .. =)

  • What i do is first dip one end of my glasses in hydrogenperioxide (the end that is long and thin) and stick it up my nose. Irrigates like you wouldn't believe! I have managed to get it to the back of my throat, about 6 inches inside the nose. You have to be very careful, and have padded soft frame ends pieces. Also, have to have the right size and bend. Netipots never work for me :(

  • Um, since it's capsaicin, does it burn when it accidentally escapes from your nasal passages and gets into your mouth?

  • Question..where do you get the mixing bottle?

I discovered this video about a week ago, and after some online research ordered the original Sinus Buster from his site. I've been addicted to Afrin for 10 YEARS with massive sinus issues. Two days cold turkey off that now and I am breathing better than I have in a decade!! I will be ordering this Sinus Genie soon! This stuff is incredible and I thank you so much for creating it! Folks, if you suffer from bad sinus, give these products a shot!

  • The bottle I'm using in the video is from neil med, but there are many nasal rinse bottles available. We are presently developing our own Sinus Genie Neti Bottle that will make nasal rinsing easy and fun.

  • Use caution when using warm tap water. Hot water heaters can harbor bacteria (incorrect hot water heater temperature), rust, and other things you don't want in your sinuses. Use cold tap water and heat the water for a few seconds in the microwave. Or just get distilled or filtered water to be extra safe.

  • Great suggestion. Distilled water is optimal.

  • I'll have to get some of that. I have the bottle from the nelimed kit. By the way, which Baldwin brother are you? j/k. Thanks for the info.

  • hey dude, check out Nasopure delivery system, it's much easier than that stupid straw in the neil med deal

  • I never knew this existed. I have horrible sinuses and should try this.

My friend says she uses a Neti Pot.

  • He was obviously jacked up on yak and need to clear his nose so he could rail some more lines.

  • yupp lol

  • LMAO!

  • half jason giambi

    half chris farley

    think about it

  • I'm cool with that!

  • Pepperman....I do have a legitimate question though...If I begin taking this "formula" and then suddenly stop, will I experience any slight withdrawals? dryness, itchiness, etc?

  • Our experience shows that because this product does not contain chemicals, there is no rebound effect or withdrawals.

Nasal rinsing is kind of like brushing your teeth. It's a way to clean out allergens caught inside the nasal passages. It's hghly recommended by doctors.

  • dont u need to slightly tilt ur head on the side to let water pass by easier?

  • i have headache all time use that, too

  • Capsaicin Extract up your nose????? ummmmmmmm? no thanks :) Have you even considered something like a colloidal silver suspension? Silver has a natural anti-bacterial, anti-viral, as well as anti-fungal properties.

  • ok...I'm giving this a shot...I've been hooked on Afrin for the past 6 months and I know I need to get off.

  • just ordered this through your web site, i cant wait till i use it!!!!! I just tried the Classic formula spray...AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • He's creepy!

  • ayr is better

  • One nasal Gel spray from Ayr contains alochol, and it burns my nasal everytime i use it. But the nasal normal nasal gel is ok.

  • haha terrific little How-To. I especially enjoy the enthusiasm!

  • Man Thats Friggen Awsom!

  • *face in pain* "Agh its freaking awesome!"

  • smella-vision lol lol lol lol lol

  • Can I just use jalapeno pickling juice?

    :-O

  • I hope you're kidding because Jalapeno juice is NOT intended for intranasal use, and you could actually give yourself a sinus infection because of impurities that are inherent in any juice.

I eat jalapenos everyday that are pickled in their own juice, but I would never put that juice up my nose. Sinus Genie uses a very special capsicum resin in conjunction with other important essential oils and natural botanicals.

  • Why? How would capsaicin help?

  • Capsaicin makes the mucous membranes, nerve fibers and cilla release allergens and other particles. The capsaicin also provides long lasting congestion relief while flushing out and killing foreign bacteria. With the Sinus Genie formula there is NO burn although your eyes will water a little. I've been doing it all winter to keep sinus infections away and I also use my Sinus Buster capsaicin nasal spray everyday.

  • "friggin awesome"

  • YES, Your eyes did water.

  • nuke the sinuses

  • Dude is your stuff available in Southern California? I have a constant stuffy nose but without the mucus, just stuffed but nothing to blow out. Will the nasal rinse benefit me as well as the Sinus Buster nasal spray, oh and which would you recommend for my symptoms? Thanks for the time. Peace-

  • You can get both Sinus Buster and Sinus Genie at Mother's Market locations and Henry's Markets. You can also get Sinus Buster at all Vitamin World stores. Check our web site for hundreds of other stores near you. I personally use Sinus Buster and Sinus Genie everyday. I use Genie in the shower in the morning and use Buster whenever I need it throughout the day.
