    However, the impact on the toes are far too much. This leads to return energy, thats travels up the legs and shakes her lower back. This is not good, and its vissible in this video. Her lower back has a good higth of the floor, witch is good, but the profile of the lower back is not optimum to recive her weight, leaving the spine discs in a vounrabel possision.

    This couppeld with the return force will promote back pain.

  • I just can't seem to get my feet from dragging through. Does anyone else have this problem on the jump through?? Any advice??

  • Well, I have only a litte experience (two years), but it seems that: in the Sun-salutation, if we can do the jump forward whit drawn legs, then we are close to that we can do the jump forward in Vinyasa. If we can't, practice more Sun-salutation.

  • @ekrist I would suggest more core work and hip openers. Notice the placement of knees and how much Uddiyana bandhasis used.
