I like to follow up with people that have purchased the Kinetic Bands.

Hi,

My children compete in sport tkd, so i was looking online for reviews on

a similar product by revgear that attaches to the ankles to improve

their chambering and explosion. However, i did not find any. Instead I

came across one of your training videos on youtube, and someone's review

compelled me to purchase yours. In addition, I thought a band in the

front and back provided more resistance. Hope this helps.

Thank you for commenting. Honestly I am not sure how they should look. My purpose was to show how the Kinetic Bands are used and how they can benefit your training. It may also be since she is wearing the bands, the resistance my slightly effect form until a person builds additional strength and balance.

I'm not doing Tae Kwon Do but Karate so I can't say how this should really look like, but to me her movement does not seem to be on black belt level, flexibility has nothing to do with the color of your belt but her steps look weird
