To change the bulbs, you're correct. You don't need to remove everything. If you're too busy to watch the video and see that I changed the whole headlight assembly to the JDM Bi-Xenon setup, it's OK.

This guys is totally wrong, you dont need remove everything for change the headlights, just unplug, take off the rubber, move the clips behind of them and that it. easy and fast

you don't have to remove the tires just turn them to get to the clips behind them

check out Versaspeed for the headlights. They are ~$1400 per set as they have to come from Japan.
