Plus news for Gutfeld...they never impeached or prosecuted Bush for anything. This is called PRECEDENT. The precedent is, set by Bush, that the president has absolute power now and cannot be impeached. YOU set it, republicans. So don't moan if they let any law breaking go. The law is meaningless in the post Bush world, without prosecutions.
In my opinion they should prosecute Sestak and Obama, and then go indict the Bush administration for torture, because that is way, way, way, wayyyyyy worse.
If they don't prosecute for torture...well, who cares about the law. The law is meaningless...torturing folks is just 'he said, she said', and the law is relative...so Obama can do WHATEVER HE WANTS. Thanks a LOT BUSH AND REPUBS. So I say, don't prosecute for torture...forget the law for Obama. Whatever!
