I didn't know there was a artichoke heart. Once I've eaten all the leaves of the artichoke, I threw away the left over.

AHHHH!!! at 0:20 sec you tossed the bell shaped leaves ! You pull the short spiny leaves out of the bell until you have almost a cone of the TENDEREST part of the leaves. Dunk that bite off the very end, it's almost as good as the chunks of heart.
