You must change the thermostat if you haven't done yet!

It doesn't cost much, approx 20-30$. It's a part that opens/closes the waterflow of the cooling system at ~89°C. Yours seems to always be open which cools the engine too much. You will use more fuel and the engine may be damaged soon.

The repair can usually be done by yourself or asks somebody. It takes max 30mins.

Saabs all take forever to warm up because of there cast iron manifolds but once they are warm... they dont cool down.

it was warm. there seem to be some problem with the coolins system. it has a hard time getting warm.
