I do think the adults should practice abstinence over in famine areas. It is irresponsible to bring a child into a world when you KNOW you cannot care for or feed that child. On the food thing, create a transporter and I will gladly beam all my unwanted food to famine areas. Until then, all I can do is feel sorry for them and donate money when I can.
