  • where do you get the kits to build those i cant find one anywhere?

  • @mrviz60 they are extremely hard to find and most of the ones now do not come with a barrel. You can thank Obama for that one.

  • I thought these videos were supposed to be topless.

  • @BobLeKatt You dont want to see her topless, those things are like fried eggs hanging around now.

  • Hello. Interesting story. Can you "build" an AK-47 legally or is the "whole" not equal to the "sum of it's parts"?? I live in California & if I could get the parts somehow I sure would like to "build" myself something like an M-16. I would really appreciate some info in you have it to share. Just subed. THX. Sincerely, JAMES.

  • @buzzclark Its legal in most states you just have to make sure you have 10 or less foreign parts. There are 16 listed in an AK rifle so if you replace 6 of any of those parts it will be legal. For example this one has a trigger (counts as 3 parts), gas operating rod (1 count), pistol grip (1 part), the receiver (since i made it. 1 count), Muzzle brake (1 part) and Magazine (1 count). As you see this AK is well over the needed limit for 922(r). CA is different though, lots of stupid gun laws.

  • @sgtking11b Thanks for the breakdown. Yes we do have stupid laws here & it is because there are stupid liberal people who believe the world would be a better place without guns. BUT - I don't understand how these "stupid" laws get on the books without any representation. We here in CALIFORNIA are under the attack of tyranny & oppression. We are fighting back (SOME OF US) & this is the message I want to get out. We need the support of outsiders. Sincerely, JAMES.

  • @buzzclark Personally i think this entire country is under attack, some states (Like CA) more than others. The problem is that if a law or issues doesn't directly effect a person they do not care, this is why we have separation rather than unity. I have always made the remark of "everyone has a different line drawn in the sand".

  • @buzzclark

Hey don't blame the liberals man, "Liberty" is what they are supposed to stand for (including the right to own guns).

They're more like socialists/communists if they think we shouldn't be allowed to have guns.

  • @multiHappyHacker In the correct definition of liberals yes they should stand for liberty however unfortunately the term is twisted and mutated into a perverse new definitions of its former self. Just like Democrats.

  • @sgtking11b ага передел ака

  • @maxvgs Да, к сожалению.

  • funny shooting:) go woman to the kitchen

  • @napalm350z torch and bucket of ice cold water.

  • goooooooooooooooooood

  • giving tour ex a assuslt rifle is not a good idea!

never know when shess gonna point it you.

  • @baldern99 Agreed thats why all the weapons are with me not her. This vid was taken before the illegitimate child and divorce.

  • @sgtking11b thats shitty man... better luck in the future! Nice build.

  • So @baldern99, where is the assault rifle? Or do you even know what an assault rifle is? Never throughout the video did I saw this rifle shooting full auto bursts, so get your head out of your ass! Is people like you that vote yes on stupid Anti Gun legislations, because they are to stupid or lazy to their homework when it comes to firearms. Lastly, learn the difference between an assault rifle and sporting rifle, you fucking moron!

  • Iam an AR guy but I just got into AK's about 9months ago & really dig them. Love then both AR's & AK's, yet I really want to build an AK from a parts kit - where would you suggest to get a good kit from for both an 47 and 74 - yugo/polish tanto

  • @ArmedCivilian556 It is going to be hard pressed to find any good quality parts kits anymore thanks to the new bans on importing firearms they are not allowed to import with barrels anymore (unless this has been switched back) so if you get a parts kit it most likely will not come with a barrel. Dealing with a new barrel you have to mess with head spacing you might as well guy a prebuild would be cheaper in the end. Send me a PM for more info.

  • I subbed ya man,I built my AK from a parts kit aswell.

Finished whole gun for 275$ You can't beat that deal ya know

  • @boosted28 Yep and its an AK so 200-300 meters is the max that round is going to be effective at anything more youd want a .308

  • peggy hill got an ak

  • Again, she is whinny but cute,LoL...I see this video is a couple years old,did you ever paint that Romy G?

  • @RantinAndRavin I blued it.

  • Never fired one before and she looks to be getting pushed back pretty damn hard, is the recoil similar to that of a 12 gauge shooting 00 buck? Because if it is, I won't have any fun shooting the AK.

  • @RightWingCon81 No the recoil is about half that of a 12ga. It doesnt have much recoil. She is just tiny and lets the recoil take her.

  • where did you get the front forgrip?

  • @FecalStink That is the design of the Romanian G-specs by design

  • @sgtking11b looks like u got a badass wife

  • @anonymous133711 She still complains to much. Then again thats a woman for you.

  • you would be more accurate if you didnt fire with bone on bone, just a tip. Nice looking weapon I have a Romanian AK-47 I am in the market for a Dragunovs SVD. whats the average rate for one?

  • @98tharmorcav You try telling a woman how to do something even if she is wrong because if you know she is wrong... YOU are in fact wrong, because women are ALWAYS right.... Or at least they like to think so. But yes if she would fire from soft point to hard point rather than hard to hard she would get more accuracy then again... it is an AK HAHA MOA barn door. Real SVD rifles i have seen as low as 5,000.00 before import costs. PSLs around 750.00

  • what would you say was the most difficult part about building an ak from a parts kit?

besides finding a good one at a desent price.

  • @highonthis Drilling out the damn rivets. We did it the hard way.... drill press. Word to the wise, heat the damn thing up with a torch before drilling or pressing them out. They come out so much easier. The second hard part would be pressing the barrel BACK in. Everything else is easy and smooth going with the correct tools of course.

  • @sgtking11b

do not heat it up you take a chance of ruining the front trunnion

use a die grinder to grind the heads off the rivets, pry the reciever stubs off, then grind the rest of the rivet shank off , then punch out the front trunnion rivets,of course after removing the barrel

really these thing are not hard to build just take your time, and enjoy the build , google the build its not that hard at all

  • @earniemanson we heated the rivets and these things would take a high heat to weaken or anneal the metal, a small propane torch on low will not anneal that steel, we ran it through some tests on a previous junk kit we were trashing and it took 1400 degrees F to begin annealing the steel. As long as you dont get the trunnion red hot (annealing phase) your good, if you do then just quench it in soapy watter to re harden the steel. Its not difficult and beats the hell out of the tedious drilling.

  • nice build. how's that drop foregrip feel? i see them all the time in centerfiresystems papers for pocket change and i keep tryin to convince my dad to pick one up for his wasr-10/63 lol

  • @CmdrALF very odd at first but pretty comfortable after you get use to it. Allows for damn good control.

  • @sgtking11b it's amazing how much control is added with a dropped foregrip on these type of weapons. i've thought of shaving the foregrip on my saiga .410 down like a sks style blow through of some type on the barrel and tube (just to add to the tenacity of the look of it and add to the cooling of it) and adding a pic rail for a simple ar drop grip for it. wish they'd come out with drums for these weapons, they have 12ga drums but no .410 drums

  • @CmdrALF Oh yes vert. grips are a god send but i have found that if you angle the grip back to the shooter the hand sits much more comfortable and in a natural state allowing for better control as well. This is why i picked up a 5 pos vert grip and railed foregrip for the AKs but from the angle your limited to 20rd mags.

  • home built/template receiver?

  • @jackingoffkills template 80% receiver

  • great gun, but you need a better backstop, you can hear the ricochet in the distance. Thanks for the video

  • Back stop is a dirt mound 20 feet high and 35 feet wide. She just missed the backstop and hit about 20feet infront of it. First time she shot this rifle and she was scared of it. Aiming down and closing her eyes before each shot.

  • how does a ak 47 cost?

  • To build with a kit, flat, rails and rivet set with the tools needed for everything can cost anywhere from 350.00-500.00 depending on how much detail you put into it and what tools you need to buy before hand. To pick up one pre built about 450-500 depending on the shop you purchase it from. Also good luck finding a good bore on any of these kits now adays. All the stocks of good barrels are dried up thanks the the import ban on all kits with barrels.

  • sorry dude, i want your wife... just kiddin. what kind of kit and whee did you get it?

  • Yeah a lot of people want my wife. She likes guns and have huge 36D tits. What more could a guy ask for?

I picked up the kits at centerfire systems when they were about 150.00 plus 30.00 tapco double hook US compliant trigger and gas piston with the 80% receiver flat and rails. It was a Romanian G-Spec or also known a Romanian Civil Guard kit. Hard to find any AK kits now thanks to the import ban not allowing any kits with barrels imported. But US companies are making AK barrels now. hehehe

  • @sgtking11b yeah. she shoots and has tits. what more could anyone with a brain ask for.....

    but anyways, nice gun.

  • nice work, was that a 20round mag?

  • yes a 20 rd mag it is.

  • you built a ak-47 for your wife? and she liked? wow XO

  • More like i was forced into building on for her. I told her "Hunny i purchased an AK-47 kit so i can build myself an AK". Her reply was "No you purchased ME a kit so YOU can build ME an AK-47... You can go buy your own after your done with mine". Same thing happened with the SKS rifles today. "Hunny i purchased an SKS" she replied "No you purchased me an SKS go buy your own".

  • ahahhahaha xD

    really cool women

what does she say when you say: hunni i bought a ak74 kit for you soo you can build an ak74 your selfxD

  • She usually responds "As long as i get mine first".

  • it's ok

  • do you have a vid showning us the kit and everything before you build it? that would be a nice vid to see begging product then end

  • unfortunately i do not.

  • sir i wanted to ask you.. where do you buy these kits at? or i mean do you just buy every part seperate or... what? oh and THANKS IN ADVANCE for telling me

  • Various websites carry the kits. The new kits if any being imported into the US will no longer have barrels with the kit forcing you to spend another 70.00 or more on a barrel that will then need to be head spaced and checked but a gunsmith. I think centerfiresystems may still have some kits for sale with barrels though.

  • I think she will like the rifle more if you parkerize or blue it, or parkerize and then paint it. What do you think?

  • That is the next step. This was the functions test. I took it out to the range the day after the building fired 10 rounds and let her have at it for the day. The rifle is still undergoing modifications before a paint job. Once all modifications are complete i will be duracoating it.

  • sgtking11b - By the way, how thick is your receiver, and who made it? Would you share that with the rest of us? Thank you.

  • The receiver i purchased as an 80% finished with trunion holes already drilled. All that was required was to bend it, heat teat then attach the rails. I do not recall the website i purchased it from but the receiver is 1.05mm thick made of a 4130 carbon steel. I know colorado gun sales as the salme 80% flat i used for about 20.00.

  • nice build.... how much did you put into it>??

  • without tools 250.00 i already had everything i needed to make it otherwise if i didnt have it a buddy of mine did. If you need to buy tools your looking at about 500.00 total. This includes the jig, press, rivet tool, drill bits, etc. The Jig costs 150 the press about 50, 50.00 left over for drill bit, rivet tool and propane torch. If you dont have basic things like a drill well its going to cost you more for that.

  • I shoot that way all the time and get better shots than when I shoot from a bench.

  • She is comfortable sitting that way. She is making no bone to bone contact between her elbow/leg or knee/forarm so she is fine. Her forarm pressed lightly against the meat of her leg allows her to stabalize her weak arm so she doesnt striggle as much with the. By tucking her other foot under her like that allows for a larger body to ground contact surface so the recoil doesnt effect her as much.

  • Any good leads for sites that have the romanian kits available been looking for awhile seems to be getting tougher to thank you obama

  • Kits are almost all dried up thanks to the new importing law that stopped all kits coming in with barrels and this was thanks to Bush not Obama but Obama is in a his own category for screwing shit up well beyond Bush.

Most places i still may find a kit from time to time is either centerfire systems or gun broker.

  • thats for sure, i know where to buy barrels online for these but yeah obama is screwing things up big tme right now way more than bush did although bush did start it bama is fnishing it im about to get a 150.-- romanian kit know if these are any good??

  • Out of the 6 kits of the romanians i built they all work fine anywhere from 2-4 MOA as a normal AK.

  • i was just making sure, im wanting to get one to go target shooting, just making sure these arent going to blow up in my face is all, ive seen these romanian kits for like 150.00 dollars before

  • I've been hearing that the Romanian AK-47 is inferior to every other AK out there. Is this true?

  • No the Chinese Norincos are the crap ones. Romanians are very well made. Yes they have a stamped receiver but so do 90% of AKs now. Milled receivers are just not cost effective to make anymore.

  • Well, as author has said, chinese are the crap ones, but when talking about the best ones, I'd say RK 95 TP: full auto, major modifications and used by one certain military force. It has been said to be one of the best AK variants, if not the best one.

  • The misconception that the Romanian AK-47 clones are crap is partly true. What do I mean? The Romanian WASR-10s assembled by Century Arms (most common) have had some serious problems. This is not the fault of the Romanians, but it's the fault of Century Arms. Do NOT buy anything assembled by Century Arms unless you have inspected it personally.

The Norinco-made AKs vary, depending on the model. The sporting versions available here in the USA are low quality.

  • Beautiful Romy G,what year is it?

  • 1986

  • If you ever come across one that is dated 1976,let me know,i'm looking for that date of the Romy G

  • thatll be a hard find. All 4 of my AK 47s are in the 80s production. 82, 82, 85 and 86. Just missing the 84 LOL.

  • Nice, let me know if you ever come across that 1976 i'm lookin' for okay :)

  • I will keep my eyes pealed. You could also call classic arms and see if they could locate one for that year.

  • revolution 2009

    good job

  • nice going! did you have your own flat bending jig? if so where did you get it? i have an AMD kit heading my way for the first build..

  • the second kit i had a jig this kit i used a piece of welding plate, the diagram it came with and a hammer. Crude as hell but in the end this method turned out better on the tolerances then the jig did. The jig was loaned to me by a friend.

  • how much did it all cost? do you have to register any of the parts?

  • 150.00 for the kit, 15.00 for the flat(when dont counts as 1 us compliance part), 20.00 for the screw kit, 10.00 for the rivet kit (just to get the cross member out of it), 50.00 for a tapco trigger group (counts as 3 us compliance parts), 20.00 for a US muzzle brake (counts as 1 US compliance part) and 25.00 for US gas piston rod (counts as 1 us compliance part to = total of 6 compliance parts to be legal). Total cost 290.00 before shipping. No registration required if you build it yourself.

  • Now attemping to build a kit now will cost your a great deal more than it did me as i did mine when the AK kits were cheap and easy to get ahold to. The completed AKs were selling for 400-500. Now the AK kits are almost impossible to find and the completed AKs are 700-800 or more. You can thank Obama for that one.

  • well, im glad i didnt vote for him.

  • would you say it's hard to build a AK from a parts kit?

  • It isnt hard but frustrating mostly. For a first build id recommend to get a couple flats. The first one is always the worst one. They are only 15.00 a pop and you can get them in a 3 pack for 10% less than buying them seperately. Get the bending down correctly and never rivet it together until you are 100% sure it all fits and functions. Use bolts/screws to temp. assemble it for function tests only.

  • can I just buy a already made receiver

  • yes but you have to pass it through an FFL dealer to register it as a fireasrm. BATF considers the receiver the actual firearm.

  • isn't that much easier?

  • easier... somewhat much more costly. At the cost of purchasing a finished receiver (150.00 or more) plus the AK kit (250.00 or more) plus the rivet kit (25.00 or more), etc. You might as well just buy a prebuild AK (450.00 or so).

  • when you buy a kit what parts other than the one it comes with do you need?

  • receiver flat, rivet kit and the tools to demill and build it.

  • is it real?

  • No not at all...... The recoil, muzzle flash, dust kick up, dirt splash and sound report are all fake.........

  • oh yeah the shell ejection is also fake.......... its all an optical illusion............

  • LMAO!!!

No, the sand and the girl are just figments of your imagination...

    What does she have holstered?

  • She has a Para P12 chrome

  • AKs are nice, but I prefer an M4.

  • Everyone has their preferences but being that i have used both M16s and M4s while in the military (and yes i cleaned them every time i finished shooting) i was tired of all the lock ups, jams, etc id get plus the knock down power sucks. I can make head shots out to 250meters with the AK and body shots out to 500 meters with it. Ill take the AK with the 7.62x39 (cheap) over a jam-o-matic popgun M4/M16 5.56x45 (weak light weight) any day. Bury your M4 in the sand open chamber and see if it fires.

  • Come on, pretty much any rifle except for an ak47 that has an open chamber full of filth won't fire. That Kalashnikov knew what he was building.

  • I wouldnt say any rifle except the AK-47. There are other rifles such as the FN FAL, SVD, SVT40, SKS hell even the M14 and M1 Garand could handle dirt all in their chambers. Sure the AK-47 can be packed full of dirt and just lightly dumped out then fired while the others except the FN FAL couldnt accomplish that feat.

  • The issue is that the m16 and m4 are the two rifles most renouned for the highest failure on the battle field due to dust/dirt even after vietnam when they started issuing cleaning kits. I can tell you come expierence. Unless you clean that rifle every time you sit down your going to get a jam while on the field. We constantly had to do a quick breakdown and relube before we even changed out socks to insure proper function.

  • I agree wholeheartedly with you there, bro. I went no further than boot camp in the military, but I experienced more failures with my m16 than any I have ever shot with. Just a speck of dust, and click... click... slap, tap, cock, click... Oh yeah, I remember those POS's.

  • okay one question do you know of a good website that has cheap kits for sale? cause im wanting to build one of these, i understand theyre legal now to have

  • Kits are all dried up now. Only ones remaining are so rusted out you can only build yourself a wall hanger. Just going to have to buy a prebuild one and they are running up to the 700.00 range now. Thank obama for that.

  • wow that sucks, guess ill have to buy one at the gunshow for like 265 or 400 bucks now, i have a gunshow coming to my town this weekend ill probally swing by it and check them out

  • I havent seen a kit being sold at a gun show in a very long time and the AKs they are selling at gunshows are running 700-800 or more. Gunshows always rip you off something serious compaired to getting them from a known company online. If you have your CNR you can get a good deal on an AK prebuild from Southerohioguns

  • what's a CNR license?? how much would it cost to get one??yeah im kinda new to whole gun scene, especially the larger weopons like the ak

  • I've got a 1985 Romy G build on a DCI receiver and it shoots better than my buddy's Norinco MAK-90. Nothing like a kit-build to be proud of !!

  • Nice Romy G,i'm trying to find a 1976 stamped one,the year i was born.

  • Good luck AKs are going sky high and getting harder to find. Even more so with the ban on barrels so no more imports .

  • Get a Yugo 59/66 SKS then a fiberforce dragunov stock and scope - you will love it dude.

  • Oh i have no doubt i would. The SKS rifles are seriously accurate withthe x39 rounds. I have been looking at getting a couple but they are limited to a internal mag. Even though you can increase the capacity it takes a modification to accept AK mags and unless its factory modified those mods normally are not done to spec and end up being compelete crap causing jams. If im going for longer distance shots (300+ meters) im going to be sending a 7.62x54r down range with my PSL or Mosin.

  • do u have kids she looks like a kick ass mom

  • No kids but not from lack of trying. lol

  • are you happy with that rifle? i am thinking about buying one and i would like to know your opinions of the rifle plz.

  • We are very pleased with the G spec versions also known as the Romanian Civil Gaurd. Unless you want to deal with the trouble in building one yourself and having to do all the work i would recommend you get one prebuilt for you. Atleast then you dont have to deal with refinishing the wood etc as well. We built our by hand to insure we could repair anything needed on figure AKs if needed. Great way to learn the over all operation in and out of your rifle.

  • Are you buying a kit or just buying one new? Those kits once built are really good guns they have good heavy barrels.

  • We purchased the demilled kits so it came withe verything but the receiver flat. We then purchased the flat and bent it with a sheetbreak. Drilled/tapped for a bolt kit rather than rivet kit. Works well.

We then purchased 2 prebuilt rifles already put together from demilled kits to compair our work with the professional grade AKs. Our units came out with tighter tolerances for both the mags and bolt carrier. Im much more impressed with our close to spec builds than the prebuilt ones.

  • Yes she is :) thanks for the comment. The Romie AKs are very good. I picked up two more non-kit build ones and they are just as good as this one. We can easily hit a human size target at 100 meters with them. Tests from a buddy of mine reveal he is hitting 300 meter targets just as easy as he is with an AR.

Just wait, once we pick up a .50 Cal Barrett i will have her shooting that in no time :)

  • you have one kick ass wife!!! nice AK. a very good varient. Romanian AKs are incredible
