I like this video. At first I couldn't do that many pushups. I took the challenge and was able to get up to 100 pushups a night. (sets of 20) I am now trying to get up to 150 a night and eventually up to 200 but that might take a while. Just wanted to say thanks for the inspiration.

@kyletgarrett lol, sorry I know nothing about committing to something and following through. I raised my bench over 100 pounds in 4 years, ran 3 half marathons, one in 1:27:59. I've cut over 15 pounds in one week for wrestling (if you don't think that's commitment then I don't know what is). Not saying anything that I've done has required any more or less commitment than your 100 push ups, my point is that you aren't very motivational. Your little push up adventure isn't that big of a deal.

@kyletgarrett I know it's a fake by looking at the people in the background. I'm no idiot. I know people can accomplish 100 pushups but you're a fake. Congrats on knowing how to leave a camera in one place, do multiple sets of pushups, then paste it together.
I dont think 100 push ups a day is really a good training method, because unless you are super fit to begin with, then you will not recover from the previous day well enough to see good maximal improvements. Maybe if you did the push ups once every 2 days, or even started on 1 push up and did 1 more push up each day until the 100th day where you do 100 push ups.

Hey Kyle, very inspiring. I watched this video on July 25th and it has got me working out and never looking back. I think I've developed my why. I can't explain it in words but it's definitely been found... I don't think I'll ever stop now. Admittedly I haven't followed this challenge, but I've worked so hard for the past 5 months to get into shape.

I respect your accomplishment, but I wonder how many consecutive push-ups you can pull of by now. I'm 5"9 and 180 lbs, and I've been training my ass off for 3 years now. Yet, I train push-ups almost every day, and still can only top 36 repeats in one set. Usually I do 5 or 6 sets, totalling 130 - 150 push-ups in about 40 minutes. But eventually I want to be able to perform a hundred correct push-ups consecutively. Are you able to do those? Or is it still hard to reach after this program?
@HatovimLeTayis real, full chest to ground pushups.. i can do 30-40 consecutively. it's never really been a goal of mine / important to me and still really isn't. that's super cool you've been training so long and can do so many! ..not sure i'm the one to guide you to do 100 in a row. most people who claim this do half pushups.

i started something like this at my school except we had to do 50 before school twenty after every class. an extra 25 at lunch and 50 more after school everyday. then every two weeks you up it somewhere. we had six periods. it's still going on. works quite efficiently
@sunchip39 you're exactly right, instead of having you guys wait while I took breaks, i just clipped them all together.. that's why the guy in the back moves around. the challenge isn't doing 100 in a row, it's a total of 100 in how ever many sets you want.

I could do 51 Push-Ups, this was followed by a 4 week period of inactivity , today I could do 42 Push-Ups.....51 is my All Time max......
I'll do another 42 this afternoon and try push it to 43......Tomorrow I'm sure I'll be able to do 43, then next day 44 and so on....
I do other activity aswell, so I'd say I could 100 Push-Ups in 30 days of dedication.

I dont think 100 push ups a day is really a good training method, because unless you are super fit to begin with, then you will not recover from the previous day well enough to see good maximal improvements. Maybe if you did the push ups once every 2 days, or even started on 1 push up and did 1 more push up each day until the 100th day where you do 100 push ups.

Hey Kyle, very inspiring. I watched this video on July 25th and it has got me working out and never looking back. I think I've developed my why. I can't explain it in words but it's definitely been found... I don't think I'll ever stop now. Admittedly I haven't followed this challenge, but I've worked so hard for the past 5 months to get into shape.

I respect your accomplishment, but I wonder how many consecutive push-ups you can pull of by now. I'm 5"9 and 180 lbs, and I've been training my ass off for 3 years now. Yet, I train push-ups almost every day, and still can only top 36 repeats in one set. Usually I do 5 or 6 sets, totalling 130 - 150 push-ups in about 40 minutes. But eventually I want to be able to perform a hundred correct push-ups consecutively. Are you able to do those? Or is it still hard to reach after this program?

@HatovimLeTayis real, full chest to ground pushups.. i can do 30-40 consecutively. it's never really been a goal of mine / important to me and still really isn't. that's super cool you've been training so long and can do so many! ..not sure i'm the one to guide you to do 100 in a row. most people who claim this do half pushups.

i started something like this at my school except we had to do 50 before school twenty after every class. an extra 25 at lunch and 50 more after school everyday. then every two weeks you up it somewhere. we had six periods. it's still going on. works quite efficiently
