Given that the song is credited as "Demetori", I presume it's the brotherly duo, Tokunan and Kyuuhouji. Besides, I doubt that complex rythm pattern can be done by a standard drummer.
It's not my intention to underate UI's drummer, but it sounds way too jazz/progressive for anyone on UI-70 to pull off.

I always loved this arrange. It suits Medicine so well. This album was really unique to anything either Demetori UI-70 normally did IMO

Demetori delivers again! Still the best track from the album, IMO. By the way, is it Kyuuhouji on drums or is it UI-70's drummer?
