@dankxcore Well one problem I have with a lot of deathcore (there's a lot of good deathcore) is that a lot of the bands sound identical. Another is that deathcore fans want deathcore to be treated as a legit type of extreme metal but don't respect or know jack shit about any other styles of metal. There's basically metal fans and there's "metal" fans who are really only deathcore fans. Plus a lot of the fans are just indie rock kids who want dance music. They'll grow out of it in a couple years.

I actually started out listening to stuff like Yngwie Malmsteen and Steve Vai and then started listening to bands like The Black Dahlia Murder and Necrophagist because I love insane shredding. Then somehow I started Listening to deathcore. I just wish some people could show respect for it instead of being dicks about it.
