Why are the koreans speaking english?

Well, they do that probably to get the player to understand what they're going to do, or if they know where you are. Such as "I lost him" or "CHARGE" or something.

On that note, They do speak Korean on the harder difficulties.

sonic is wrong, its the level difficulty, the hardest mode they speak all korean.. This is north korea btw.. they are communist. :) Just to get you straightened out.

Nah, Crashing is a thing of all game's. Take grand theft auto 4, You crash alot.

It took me a few day's to leanr how to avoid car's at max speed :|, oh and i fail alot at mirrors edge >.>.

aidsking, i agree. if anything, it was probably to help the players with the AI's actions with hints in their dialogue. Still, it kind of kills the realism, since, some koreans do speak english, but not EVERY one you find should know it.
