IGNORANT -_-.... The Valley Performing Art Center was made through donations of rich ppl that specifically asked for an art center. You can't accept donations and use it for something else, even something as important as tuition. Same goes for the new Matador statue.
The argument against banks is their generally corrupted manner of business and manipulation of the public and economy. Another argument is not so much about their tuition-loaning-practices as much as it is about students a) needing loans in the first place and b) how much they are needing. In many "countries abroad" people don't NEED loans to go to school.
