Very good , from the days when music was live and fun, when singers could actually sing themselves without special studio tricks and the REAL musical instruments were played by REAL people . The young people at this time made these songs themselves and they stood the test of time ,eg Beatles Beach Boys, etc .
Todays artist's are mainly phoney, pretty girl and boy groups, performing music created factory style.Junk music, which like junk food is produced, swallowed, and soon forgotten.
Thanks for your reply. So much of todays MUSIC just leaves me cold. The bbc news in the mornings keeps bringing on rap artists, pretty girl singers, boy bands , girl groups etc and they give them such gushing praise but to me they are mostly just tuneless dross !!
Mr. ToonDan, did I say something that offended you? Perhaps you'll enlighten the rest of us here as to your credentials in the music business and your reason for such a post, lest we not think you're just a jealous wanna-be with no life. Were you to do some actual research instead of just mindlessly bashing, you might learn something.
Hello genatzvalee, this medley is not by Stars on 45 - it is by a group called Gidea Park featuring Adrian Baker who also had a hit with a medley of Frankie Valli songs called Seasons of Gold
To set the record(s) straight, Capitol would never have released their BB medley had it not been for the noise my own made ("Surf's Up"). When I started getting alot of local and national attention, Capitol ripped off my idea and sequencing, and released theirs. Mine was unique in that I did all the instruments and voices myself. This one sounds like Adrian Baker who has toured with the BB and is quite talentd himself.
yup you got more talent then brian and the boys - get real 50 dollars could book you for a funeral . u got the originality of a forger ! mixing brian tunes oh how picasso ! dick weed ! adrian baker more like adrian the baker - 2 loafs frat boy when you are ready lol loser !
I really like how the songs flow from one to another, but "Little Old Lady From Pasadena" is Jan And Dean. Cool medley though.

For another Beach Boys-style medley, check the opening credits of the movie 'Top Secret'.

Wow, that's great! I didn't know they did Beach Boys medley too. I enjoyed their Beatles & Rolling Stones medleys, and this one is very good too.
