You could say that through this Pennsylvanian plectrum Billy Penn's northern European tradition of Quakers, Ammonites and Anabaptists reminds Mississippi/Chicago/Texas never to boast to loudly about blues rock supremacy - and to sleep keeping an eye open. That old rascal Luther should be groovin' in his grave. Or this could be just a mischievous perspective from across the pond here in England. Really nice cover artwork. Spare, economical, with something of a stark poetry about it.
