This game has a botched mechanics system. Plus you have to watch the scenes over and over you can't skip them. They did a good job with a lot of things in this game; the actual game play blows assholes though.

no, well the game is released already but a crack hasn't been released yet. I think it will take 1 maximum 3 days for one to be released, that's how it happens with every new game released.
