  • I AM 46 YEARS OLD , 1,80 TALL ,ATHLETIC BODY, BLUE EYES WELFARE, NON SMOKER, AND VERY GOOD LOOKING. MY NAME IS KOSTAS AND MY ORIGIN IS FROM GREECE. I WANT TO FIND A WOMAN ALSO THIN AND NON SMOKER THAT SHE LIVES IN BISMARCK 35-39 YEARS OLD FOR A SERIOUS RELATIONSHIP. MY I MAIL IS gpsensitivelion@yahoo.gr SOMEONE WHO BELIEVES IN THE OLD GOOD VALUES.

  • Does it have a film school?

  • yes it does

  • I went through Bismarck in '93. There was certainly more to it than I'd heard. The video was good, but I'd have liked to see more of the museum at the state capitol, and maybe a couple of nightlife pictures; maybe a jazz club or some square dancing which I like. The song rocked. Keep up the work.

  • @MACKDOM415 im guessing your slogan is "yay for meth!"

  • 3 months of summer, windy, not much to do besides restaurants, movie theaters, and bars. if you want good income either start a business, or get into agriculture or energy.

Showing the retail stores was kind of funny. I'm surprised you missed the 2 Super Wal-marts that practically wiped out a handful of smaller businesses. Another misconception is that we still ride horses. Might want to slip in a few more snapshots of automobiles and internal combustion engines.

  • What is the title song?

  • @9QBUS9 The song is "Amazed" performed by Duncan James, however the song is best known to be done by Lonestar.

  • @rhoff394 thx

  • @rhoff394 thx

  • is it true that in ND live many people with german ancestry?

  • i love the last picture. it's sooo pretty. i love seeing that. that's why i love living in North Dakota. My opinion... it's one of the best states, but again that's my opinion

  • North Dakota. Best hospitality and place. EVER. Parents, it is the best place you can put your children. Low crime rate, low population, and everything you need in bismarck/mandan.

  • north dakota was the best part of my life and wish i was still there i miss it alot in north dakota and my friends and family and school

  • I love thisvid sooooo much it shows the beauty of mandan and bismarck!!! I live in mandan, bismarck is about seven miles away... across the bridge

  • Makes me homesick. Nice video but it would have been nice to slow it down. There are several great pictures but if you blink you'll miss them. Could definitely do without the shopping and most of the restaurants. No one's coming to Bismarck for Hobby Lobby, Target, Best Buy, etc. Otherwise very nice.

  • @siouxperkev The reason for showing the retail stores was to prove to people that we do indeed have big box stores, a common misconception to people.

  • Not bad. Respectfully, though, I would leave out the box stores. Big Box stores are not desirable. They are not locally controlled, provide only low wage jobs, put nothing back into the community, and make your town look like every other town in America. Assuming people will be impressed by the the fact that you a Best Buy is like assuming people will be impressed by the fact that you have running water and electricity. Long live A&B Pizza!

  • yes but we have wonderful land, and farms

  • be quite we want keep it away from dummies, lets keep northdakota awsome

  • Serious..this was the funniest video i've ever seen!! Gotta love the "Bismarck" in all of us to put together something like this!!

  • I miss Bismarck North Dakota, it was a good part of my life. Best place to raise children.

  • We attended a family reunion in Bismarck a couple years ago. I had a hard time getting my two high school age children to attend. They griped all the way from Burbank to Bismarck. Then, when we arrived and they met their mid-west and North Dakota cousins, they didn't want to leave. They had a ball while we were there and they wanted to come back and visit as soon as possible. I've always loved my North Dakota visits.

  • I've heard described as the arm pit of America, well I visited there three time in the past 5 years and I really enjoyed my visits. There's a lot of history back there and I found Bismarck to be clean it had everything I needed. The snow and freezing temperatures you can keep, well back to California

  • It's lovely.. the snow and cold, I mean. It's a beautiful video.. and nice to see to remind myself why I still live here!! haha.. San Diego is beautiful.. I was there twice. Someday..

  • I absolutely love the video makes you appreciate Bismarck when you're not living there anymore.

  • Great, but where's the snow? Winter is beautiful in ND. On the other hand, maybe we should keep it a secret. If the world knows we might be overrun by outsiders - suffering the fate of Oregon and Montana.

  • Chunksersrus, I think the reason they left out the snow is because most of the people in this country actually believe that the only weather we get is snow and cold. I think they did a great job with this video considering the length. Maybe could of done more with the golf courses and river areas but still is good video. At least they showed more than our tourism department who focuses on nothing but Medora.

  • You are correct, I chose not to include snow because Bismarck is so negatively associated with snow and it's not what the city's about.

  • your right

  • ya we get bad winters, but we have awsome summers

  • This was great because Bismarck is the best city in the world no matter how many people we have we don't need 146 billion people like new York we got it all right her

  • Where is the snow? The Bismarck that I grew up in had snow on average seven months out of the year. Not a single picture had snow. It was beautiful, but I am very disappointed about the lack of snow. And I do not think that I saw the zoo, either. Thrilled to see the Donut Hole, however.
