The beginning part of this video is true, don't joke thinking the lawyer will see you as a fellow human being, they won't. They're out for info and nothing more. Like a paparazzi after the photo.
The moral to this is really that don't listen to your rights as they are, they really and truly should be changed to something more precise, which is "Everything you say will absolutely be used against you and you will not be allowed to say otherwise later".
