Looks like you're having fun. Technique needs a little work, and timing needs a lot of work. There is hesistation when playing to others recorded music, so timing issues can be understandable.

Playing with other musicians is KEY, a must to getting better as a drummer. It will help you understand what needs to be done to pull a better sound out of your set. PLaying to a metronome will help you too.
