Good for you! I hope this diet worked for you! Do you think it would work for a 15 year old? I'm 5'2" and I weigh approzimately130 pounds and I would really like to lose 20-25 pounds before summer. It's almost March right now so I have plenty of time, but everything else I've tried hasn't worked! Please help! I'd love to get an inbox message!

Hello Melanie, You're done a wonderful job with the lapband. I'm scheduled for lapband surgery Jan 25, 2011 and i'm getting really scare.On top of everything else I donot have my family support. they talk so bad about the lapband My Aunt already told me to sign my son over to her. My only support is my boyfriend and my best friend. All the negative talk and i'm starting to belived them. Pray that everything work out for me. Debbie

@Blingblong20 I hate it when people comment w/o even knowing what there talking about. Just to let you know I had bariatric surgery and we are suppose to go on a 2 week liquid diet to shrink our liver. I lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks w/ the liquid diet and of course getting in a lot of protein and excercing. BTW, I did see a nuturionist. TY.

I have to be on liquids 2 weeks before surgery and 2 weeks after surgery. To be exact, im suppose to stay on liquids for a month.

I did that once on the treadmill it sucked lol.. I hate wearing shoes, I am a sandal girl.. Good luck with your liquid diet on Christmas! Sounds like you are really cutting back on the calories, how long are you going to be on it? I am really bad about the scale, I am on it everyday.Well wishing you the best! Keep it up girl! Hi Katie, Thanx for wishing me luck.. I need it. I have to be on liquids for 2 weeks. You should cut back on the scale. Weigh yourself at least once a week so you dont get discourage. Thats my biggest problem if I look at the scale everyday.

Hi Melanie, Merry Christmas! Good for you for staying on the liquid diet. Lesson learned about no shoes on the treadmill!! Give your feet a rest. Wear good shoes with good arch support. Ibuprofen is your friend. :) Good luck with the cooking! I want you to use positive self talk from this day forward, and only say things about yourself that you want to be true. :) Be good to yourself in all ways, including words. :) You are beautiful.

I will start a real meal plan 4 weeks from now. I have to be 2 weeks on liquidd before surgery and 2 weeks of liquids after surgery. In total, I will be on liquids for a month. I know, Krazy!
