well thats probably becuase in the US, they don't permit having an owl as a pet unless ur part of a program and have a lisence and have expericance taking care of an owl. OWLS are not easy pets.

I do take care of owls for rehabilitation and education. Although I don't support having owls as pets, they seem to be well kept and healthy.

X3 I just noticed this, at 4:36 start paying attention to Ryuichi and his owl, after ryuichi goes "eeeeh" both of their heads will turn and at the same time XD it's friggin' adorable. Just pointing it out just in case cause i didn't notice it myself till now.
