  • i think it'd put up with it for a short period of time, on very low boost, because generally blown engines can't use regular carbs, or are fuel injected. do some learning before you try something.

    If he was easy on it and kept his foot out of it, then he shouldn't have a problem if it is just a street cruiser. Keep it around 5 -> 6psi of boost.

    However if he wants to drop the hammer even marginally than he is taking a large risk upon himself.

  • hmm, well, (as a amature engine builder) coolchris, with a stock bottom-end motor, expect to blow it apart, that's too much for a stock bottom-end
