We used 3 healers, but we also used the two seperate groups. Our resto druid took on group and holy pally, priest in the other. Fight seems to be a complete pushover compared to the randomness of Yor'sahj (If you get too many purple or green/red/yellow/black your screwed) and the insaneness of Zon'ozz.
As soon as we switched to 4 man healing it it died really fast, it's a check ig your guild has enough healers or people with off-specs. GL with HC Zon'ozz and HC Yor'sahj, we've whipd on both for a bit and they are monsters compared to Morchok.
The 4-heal is the best way to do it. I just dislike how 10man have to get a healer from somewhere, especially if you don't have someone in your raid who can offspec heal. Warr/Rogue/Lock/Mage/Hunter dps comp doesn't help.
