This is where I'm planning to live. Is this an area where there's likely to be other white/black/Hispanic people or is it very Japanese? Or is it somewhere in

between? The reason why I ask is on holiday a couple of times I just got too isolated. There were literally no white people in Ikebukuro.

@tokutom almost all japanese people here except at the tourist spots (mostly chinese/korean tourists) it's one of the more older flavor, historical areas of tokyo
