Swahili and Cantonese

Mambo Moses. I need favor. Need to learn Swahili. Are you familiar with the way the Tanzanians speak, I didn't know there was difference from the Kenyans Swahili. Tafadali help me, Nime furahi to learn.

Whenever I listen to you, I think about my dad. He speaks Hmong, Thai, Laos, Viet, French, etc... He said it's like switching brains when using each. lol. Would you describe it like that as well?

@laoshu505000 Not at all! I had the opportunity to learn it but at the time I was in a Welsh medium school. Speaking Spanish & Portuguese at home, English on the streets and Welsh at school was enough for me as an adolescent! lol

Have you tried Somali, aren't their languages similar because they're really close geographically?

@MrAthanz Swahili is very different from Somali. However, you will find many Somalis that speak fluent Swahili because of the migration to Swahili speaking countries.
