You can hear it in this video by way he says "president." The EPA just finally TODAY okayed an oil skimming ship that can skim 20 million barrels of oil a day out of the water. That ship has been sitting docked, waiting for permission to start for two months because of Obama.

This poor guy must have been forced to speak against a popular president, and spin a Rep. plan. He actually uses the gov.'s response to Katrina as an example of how great America can be? Some 200 countries sent us aid (we were on the UN's welfare list). Yet we found money to keep funding a war that found no WMD, and was no longer looking for Binladen. Even the US people did not respond well. They donated like crazy to help animals and ridiculed those who stayed.
