@Jacko643 20 yards or so. I shoot at 65 lbs and I have an elevation difference between 20 and 30 yards but none between 10 and 20, But after 20 it the arrow continues to drop. not much but enough to notice. Best way to find out is to practice. Just my two cents.

I'm getting a .44 Navy Colt Buntline black powder pistol with a shoulder stock from Dixie Arms :) If there ain't enough or are too hard to find Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, or So Cal is getting a visit and a out-of-state hunting licence sale :)

You're definately going to be limited on the size of the hog. I don't believe you're going to get much penatration with 35lbs. What is your total arrow weight with broadhead? And how many feet per second do you get?
