Well now that spoony prime has been megred with the clone there are right now only two insano's and really the only one they need to worry about is the time warp one since the other one has Tidus to torture to keep him amused.

There's one thing I don't understand: shouldn't there be one less Insano? In the Alone in the Dark Review, Critic, Linkara, and Spoony shot one Dr. Insano while there were shooting wildly in the dark. Then again, 90's Kid, Ma-ti, and Chester A. Bum all got shot as well, and we've seen them again too. Does that mean that there are more of them, considering the fact that Chester also got killed (by Ma-Ti no less) in the TGWTG vs. Cinemassacre fight, or do they just have high healing factors?

Of course, for the brief moment that Black Lantern Spoony healed back to Spoony One Prime, that would have made Spoony and Dr. Insano 4 different people: Spoony One Prime, Soulless Spoony Clone, Time Warp Dr. Insano still out there, and the Dr, Insano Clone that lives with Spoony. But when Spoony One Prime realized that the Soulless Spoony Clone was reviewing Final Fantasy X, he immediately killed himself reverted back to Black Lantern Spoony, leaving only three.

just to edit on what has happend recently with spoony in case you havn't kept up. Black lantern spoony killed chester and linkara fused the clone and black lantern together thus getting spoony prime back. So we still have all three insanos but now the split personality is back in spoony prime.

@rblueboy777 My odd, but probably wrong, theory is that the review is non-canon, but the event is. So you're right, but the way it was done was not by the madness of Final Fantasy I. In fact, that Spoony might have legitimately made the joke entirely like the real Spoony in our universe (I believe all fiction is several other universes by each story universe, not kidding), but he was so in character, he legitimately went insane and did all that time compression stuff.
