actually it is , 3 years before the garcia dvd was released Yves Doumergues from France released that routine exact same moves androutine ... except one finesse that garcia added for the second restoration which is really magical... but not original enough to realease a dvd for that, anyway he does it well

I know it is but Daniel Garcia took inspiration from the trick
he didn't "rip off" the trick per se, but it's the reason Garcia wanted to make a T&R of his own
