@subscribedude1 The level is not the only important thing : the moveset, the nature and the EVs and the IVs are even more important. You can also use Pokegen : this way you can create perfect stats pokemon and export them to your game with an action replay for instance. Moreover if you know what you do you will be able to use these created pokemon on the wifi :)
