a little bit yes. Another tip; bring ur own liquor (a gallon of sumhin sumhin) and stash it in ur suitcase. Gets ur sips on for cheap. ME? I didnt know so i wasted like 300 :(

well of course royal caribbean is better then carnival. You get what you pay for, and carnival is the cheapest out there.

everybody has their own opinion. i like carnival better. my friend did royal caribbean and carnival and she also liked carnival better. she said royal caribbean was dirty, not as fun and the staff was rude

I cruised from June 4, 2009 until today...and I honestly have to say I was very disappointed. When docked next to other cruise ships in Nassau Bahamas, the Fascination looked ragged. I stayed in the category 12 suite AKA the Penthouse Suite. Besides eating, drinking, and karaoke there is really nothing special about it. The staff is overworked, and sometimes it shows with their attitudes. Bar service was excellent, fine dining service was excellent...but not enough to convince me to sail again.

1) You have to keep in mind that the Fascination IS an old ship- it's just been refurbished on the inside.

2) if you REALLY want a good ship, go on the Conquest class- i went on my last cruise on the Liberty, and the ship was amazing!

Looks boring compaired to a Royal Caribbean Cruise, went on this cruise back in 2003. Went on 2 Royal Caribbean cruises since then! GREAT TIME WITH RCL.

@LT86LT carnival is pretty much borin...sovereign of the seas was WAY better and bigger and had so much space then the sensation...carnival just sucks!

For all that go & like to drink, I suggest u wrap a few bottles up INSIDE your luggage in a bunch of clothes - they put ur bag thru a lil airport-type machine. The drinks there are like $6 each. Sucks balls, but I got super drunk and made this vid.

Many people complain about the servers be aggresive selling drinks to passengers. What Carnival does not tell you is that if these servers do not make their sales quotas..they are fired.
