China Forbes and Thomas Lauderdale are a force to be reckoned with. Their shows are always sold out, but I finally saw them live in Napa last night and just like the first time I heard them, they "Wowed" me.

China's really awesome when she sings with Pink Martini. Her solo attempt though with the album 78' (released 2008) is not that good. Although her voice's still very nice, seems like she has lost something of the delicate sense that passes to the audience when she sings with Pink Martini... 78' is a usual rock album and all the songs included leave you the same ''nice, but...'' sense. China you're the best, but try to stay as "Pink Martini" as you can in your solo career too!

I was so blown away by China the first time I saw Pink Martini. Never have I heard anyone, in the course of one evening, sing flawlessly in so many different languages. The version of Clementine she performs here is sublime.

Went to Pink Martini concert at Tilles Center, Brookville, L.I., N.Y. last night... they were awesome. We didn't want them to leave the stage.... my favorite music. I love China Forbes....

China and Thomas are awesome writers and performers. Together with the rest of the amazingly talented musicians in Pink Martini -their live shows are an incredibly unique experience.

I saw their concert @ the Kennedy Center in Wash DC. They played with the National Symphony Orchestra - absolutely spectacular! Most underated American musical group.

Yeah! She's truly a star in every sense. I'll put it a little bit further: she's the absolute epitome of woman. Her picture is right next to the word "woman" in my dictionary! She can call me "Hey Eugene!"

...and last but not the least: what an awesome show she - and the rest of the guys - gave us last year here in my home town: Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal!
