The law states that the sign must be clearly displayed and that was clearly not displayed as it was behind a bin. The dude with the car shouldn't have it towed away.

@cjellwood this event is semi staged..his car hasen't been clamped and he had to aggree to appear on TV.
the whole point of the show is to help you if you're in a similar spot..

rbutler, they don't clamp a car if they're taking it away; that would make it too difficult for them.
What I don't get about this series is, do they make reparations to the victims afterwards (like they always did in The Real Hustle)?
