@MimisSDBroadcast to activate a folder simply hold an app until it shakes and drag it over another app that you would want in the same folder. Releasing the icon then creates a new folder, you can then rename it what you want. Have fun

Some websites have posted that the iOS 4.2 will be released on November 7th, mainly because Apple has released a document regarding a bug related to DST saying that this bug will be gone by November 7th. It doesn't really mean that the update will be released on that date, but it's actually when the DST in the US is over, thus the bug is resolved by itself.
