Every major country has a large amount of nuclear warheads. This whole thing about nuclear disarmament is bullshit. What i think happens is when countries give up their nukes, the U.S Takes them to sink in a deep part of an ocean. Later they send out a team to recover the nuke and then the government sells it on the black market. And thats how smaller countries and terrorists can get these things. Its also how Israel has them too. Black market.
