Graduates are not created equal. I doubt that these people have ever tried to hire many of these Chinese graduates. If they had, they might think twice about the 1:1 comparison with American ones. That lady is absolutely correct, you have to be wealthy to get a healthy education or take on alot of debt. We only educate the wealthy, the Hell with the rest of ya. 20,000 dollars to go to school or you can try to make a living without robbing a bank to further your education.
Actually, even an expensive, highly-ranked university is no guarantee of success. I graduated from one of the top 10 schools in the country and I'm now unemployed (and a lot poorer than I was before I attended college). Look up a website called "Ivy Leagued and Unemployed" for similar stories.

Once a country is developed, obesity correlates to wealth disparity rather than poverty. Poor people in countries with low wealth disparity have less rates of obesity. A poor person is better off in a poor country with low wealth disparity than in a rich country with a high wealth disparity.

I'd suggest you look at all the data before stating opinions.

Graduates are not created equal. I doubt that these people have ever tried to hire many of these Chinese graduates. If they had, they might think twice about the 1:1 comparison with American ones. The US having lower graduation rates does not mean that the quality of the university system is lower; in fact, the reality seems quite to the contrary.

On the bright side after the initial aftershocks around the world following the complete collapse of the US economy, the rest of the world will get up, dust itself off and continue with life while China assumes the role of the new world super power. The US will unlikely be capable of supporting Israel financially and militarily like it does now and eventually the Palestinians with the help of other Arab states will take back their territory. Maybe it's just wishful thinking, but it could happen.

Once a country is developed, obesity correlates to wealth disparity rather than poverty. Poor people in countries with low wealth disparity have less rates of obesity. When wealth disparity is decreased, physical and psychological health improves. A poor person is better off in a poor country with low wealth disparity than in a rich country with a high wealth disparity.

It's true that unhealthy food causes health problems, but that doesn't explain why relatively poor countries with low wealth disparity have fewer health problems such as obesity. Maybe healthy food is more available to the poor in low wealth disparity countries. Also, there is research showing pregnant mothers who experience high stress have babies w/ more obesity.

Yes unhealthy food leads to obesity, but for anyone who is familiar with the data there is obviously more than one causal factor. Once a country reaches a basic level of development, obesity stops correlating with poverty. Even among Western countries, why do rich people in high wealth disparity countries experience more obesity than rich people in low wealthy disparity countries?

Research has even found viruses that cause obesity by increasing the bodies fat storage. Also, living in the modern world we're surrounded by all kinds of toxins which even the healthiest person can't defend against. One of the bodies coping mechanisms is to store toxins in body fat. I'd suggest you look at all the data before stating opinions.
