  • i was just at michaels and i couldnt find that plaster roll thing :(

    cool mask btw :D

  • WOW ur daughter is a very smart talented young lady, you should be proud!!

  • uhh. can i use paper with water and glue on the foil?

  • @pinkiedevil1 yes, or you can use flour and water with strips of newspaper

  • how did you shape your face and shape that half heart..

  • I cut a piece of tin foil as big as I wanted the heart, made it 6 layers thick, then pressed it onto my face. Gently pressing it to my eyes, nose, mouth, chin. Then my sister traced the heart and the eyeholes onto the tinfoil. You can also do it yourself if you have no help - you just need a mirror. without ruining the impression of my face. Then I gently cut it out

  • where do u get the little strips of casts

  • @stevetwamwam

    any craftstore (Michaels)

  • @stevetwamwam you can try hobby lobby

  • Very nice. Check out my video of making a Venetian Bauta mask out of plaster bandages and celluclay. It's the first one on my channel right now.

  • 're really nice and friendly :)

  • where did you buy the casting material?

  • They're called Plaster bandages, And you can get them in your local craft store for about 2 pounds (english money) and i believe in U.S money its about $6

  • you can go to your local craft shop look for plaster wrap or rigid wrap(brand name) it is a plaster embedded wrapping material and it will dry to plaster hardness

  • cool can you make one that looks like the face of a raven?

  • where do u get the cast material and how can i shape the foil to what i want. answer asap mardi gras is coming up soon

  • That was a neat project! Good job. Is it "Plaster of Paris"?

  • Plaster of paris might dry too fast, we never tried it, but regular paper mache made with flour and water with newspaper strips dipped works great.
