  • you slow this down 2 notches and it will be both more enjoyable and relaxing for you ;) and authentic too =))

  • Good technique, but why so fast and flat?

  • Outstanding, your technique is free-flowing to say the least. I'm beginning to use the two-handed sound myself, hymnals mostly, & alittle Beethoven (Eccosaise in G). What do you recommend to help separate the mind, and fingers? I notice 1 hand is always out of sync.

  • You are incredibly talented and I really love the way you play. Your passion for music inspires for sure a lot of guitarists. It would have been interesting to hear you play the Chaconne from Partita No.2, BWV1004 by J.S Bach, two hand tapping on a regular guitar. It is one of the most expressive works ever written. It would be perfect for you ^^

  • Daaaaaaaaaang! Thats awesome!

  • how many years have you been playing guitar? This is great!

  • Adam, since watching almost every single one of your videos i decided to try something close to your style and did not even come close to the sound you have. i took 4 weeks trying to just be able to play 2 handed scales on one neck of the guitar with both hands. after failing i have realized i have a much greater respect for you and others with your style. im only 15 so i have alot of time on my hands to try to get better.

  • I could practice 8 hrs a day for the next 20 years and still never be this good. kudos.

  • I HOPE YOUR WIFE IS CHEATING ON YOU...BASTARD

  • Wow! I must say this kid is good I left Poland ages ago and I've no idea what's going on there now as far as music is concerned Although I admit that he is very talented I wouldn't say that his technic is as unique as he wants us to believe One of my favorite guitar virtuosos Jennifer Batten started using that technic before he was even borne Now there are many videos on YouTube with other kids tapping with both hands Never the less I wish him all the best

  • @TosiekDegutis this isnt particularly unique but i only know a couple of people who are anywhere near as skilled as him with this technique

  • Absolutely amazing

  • GREAT, all the time seeing you in the channel "okpguitar"... now I can see you in your channel... COOL Greetings from Argentina

  • This guy kicks major booty!

  • Oui, mais un peu brouillon, il n'y a que le piano qui permet une interpretation parfaite de cette piéce. Bravo quand meme pour le toucher.

  • @BenBDE et le clavecin ou la guitare !

  • Uh... Unbelievable

  • machine gunner

  • Lovely--take your time and play it slower so you can apply flow in it and variations of accents and feeling!

    Best wishes!

  • holy shit, and you're not even asian, props!

  • you play like a machine :| it's too fast

  • awesome he cured the guitar face!!!

  • Beautiful and awesome! o_o

  • Lol guitar on strings, you have just made that happen

  • Amazing! I'd love to listen to it at a slower pace though.

  • I wish it was as easy as you make it look! didnt like Bach's music much until I heard you play it.

  • Oh my god :O you are amazing :O

  • You're fucking amazing. dude did you take lessons or did you learn by yourself?

  • Eccezionale, sono ammirato

  • Not easy on piano, so it's amazing to see you playing it on guitar!

  • You could at least sweat a little....(:->

  • JA JA JA JA frasear JA JA JA JA... La envidia no es mas que admiracion excesiva.

  • JA JA JA JA frasear JA JA JA JA... La envidia no es mas que admiracion excesiva.

  • hay q frasear mi amigo

  • amazing! you're amazing!

  • It´s "funny", I´m not even able to play at least one of the voices you are playing simultaneously, accurately and really fast. Congratulations.

  • you are a fucking god!!!!!!!!! how log you been playing guitar ?

  • bach has alot of famous fun little songs on the piano that are like 30 sec to 1 min long badenerie one of my favorites

  • I can play all that with 1 finger on 1 string....but um....but I just don't want to.... ok?!

  • Your head is bobbing a little too sharply for the tape not to have been sped up. The extra speed is not necessary. Don't know why you did that. Otherwise, it's great.

  • Idk. He's kind of a twitchy guy. At 0:40, he shifts his body language to his left foot, but it's too smooth to have been sped up.

  • OUTSTANDING !!!!

  • ouau!!!! yeah man!!!

  • man thats insane

  • oh man, you're insane....very beautiful piece of music and of course you are a true talent. thank you for posting those videos around the net.

  • props to you sir!

  • your a very knowledgeable guitarist, a scholarly interest in bach. I wanna hear you tapp out some blues tho too..

  • HEY ADAM, DID PEPTO WORKED OK?

  • This is great because you're throwing most conventions out the window with your entire technique, and mastering it to make it sound better than the conventional way. Spectacular, and bravo.

  • Bravo!Your way of playing is a really big inspirations for every musician.Your technich,rhythn,music....everything is perfect.

  • HOLY FUCKING SHIT

  • better than steve vai

  • Fucking awesome ! @_@

  • I wish i knew how he set this up, i would love to play in this style.

  • bad circus... What?

  • Holly shit man , this is really great . Its simply brilliant . I absolutely love the variations and o course the interpretations from Gould . Great great talent boy , Respect !!!

  • Adam do you take lessons,or did you teach yourself.I've played for 15 years, but I still havent taken any lessons. Are the lessons essential?Tell me about the wraping on the first frets.I heard someone say that they are used to mute the strings & that it makes the sound clearer.

  • normally on the guitar, when you let go of the string, it rings the open note. when you play a tapping style like adam does, you don't want the strings to ring. he never plays open notes, so he can put something on/behind the strings to stop them from vibrating once he lets go.

  • You know, I've just learned this song because of this video. Great work, Adam.

BTW, what's that thing on the first fret?

  • its called a capo.

  • No, it's not. It's under the strings.

  • string dampener. it's basically a piece of cloth or soft material which literally dampens the strings so they don't ring out when he pulls his finger off the string while tapping.

  • Awesome sounds like an 8-bit video game! :)

  • Stunning!

But when did you last have sex? ;-)

    Just kidding man!

    Awesome!

  • haha, epic

  • You weren't kidding.

  • @WorkerZeg Lol lol lol!!!

  • @WorkerZeg While he is playing somebody giving him blowjob that's why camera is focused on the body.. heheheheheheh :))

  • @WorkerZeg with guitar skills like that I'd guess 3 minutes ago?

  • thats awesome

  • Wow!!

Adam, what do you suppose are good pieces to learn to gain hand independence?

  • Take Bach tunes, even simple ;). I wrote an workshop book (English) all about this, it will be released in September. All about independance is in your mind not in your fingers. It's more about counterpoint ear and imagination.

  • I think I'm on the right track then. Thanks!!

  • @leftyguitarjoe Independence really isn't independence when you get it down, in general musical terms. It is not as if two parts of your brain are working independently, rather, it learns to combine "blocks" of both hand positions and phrases as single things in sequence. The rhythm ties it together, they are not independent in terms of pulse. Learn it a chunk at a time. I found practicing one hand then the other on piano a waste of time because it never works when you try and put them together

  • wow

  • Awesome!

    Great job Adam!

    great playing

  • Comment removed

  • very nice

  • Do what he just did.

  • I'ts Bach and it's music!

  • I'm sure he appreciates your totally valid and worthwhile contribution. Also, I checked out your homepage for some tips on how to better articulate a piece like this and I was surprised to see that *gasp!* you are nobody of any authority or importance!

    Nice job, asshole.

  • awesome,a little question,you play the piano???

    youre crazy man

  • yes, a little.

  • awesome man, but why that guitar has just the neck pick up?

  • I've got it! He detached one half of his brain from the other so they each function autonomously!

Just kidding man. Great work, keep the Bach coming.

  • 10/10

  • fantastic

  • Wicked(Cool).

  • no i dont see how jerky it is

  • haha ;) I bet you 10 000 USD I can play it at the speed at the movie.

    Bet?

  • u tell em adam haha

    great playing as usual1

  • I'm not gonna lie to you dude you sound is wicked.

  • @AdamFulara Adam, if you can do this and additionally wear a cool face expression at the same time (unlike this video) , I'll throw away my thor's hammer and start worshipping you as my new god :)

  • You obviously haven't seen Adam's other videos. He's the real deal.

  • @Irshkboy how come it is sped up and still in tune? don't you know that when you speed up the pitch goes high?

  • @Irshkboy your not a musician, i bet 10 000 dollard

  • perfect

  • bravo!

  • wow that must be his very own custom guitar... you can't get your hand under the top neck.

  • Great! So brave of you to choose such a piece. Very interesting to listen to it played on a guitar. I'll check the other variations. Thank you so much!

  • you know those guitars that are like, double guitars?

    lol

  • "Yes, classical period's music tends to be like that - not much room for emotions, improvisation and the like. Romatical period is something else. I'd like to see guitarists do covers from that time period."

    Bach = Baroque, not classical.

And you can certainly put a certain amount of "feeling" or artistic sensitivity into a Bach piece without having it become a fullblown Romantic affair.

  • One of the best comments I've seen in awhile.

  • Bach is some of the most emotional music I've ever heard. It's very understated, as if it's too proud to give a big flamboyant display of emotion like in Romantic music.

  • Haha. Ridiculously good technique.

  • this guy is Fuckin Sick..luv this

  • yeah amazing sound and very good technique, cheers from mexico

  • Adam..absolutely amazing, the best tapper i´ve ever heard, incredible, blasting me off.

  • bloody hell I can't post here with a link included.

It's double staves. search the web for "bwv 995 facsimile"

  • you are god like!!

  • This is so great Adam ! Awesome !

  • incroyable....

  • Good job mate!! You know you are treading the fine line between what is a guitar and what is a keyboard. Which may be what the so called "lute suites" are all about.

    Well done!

  • Actually, interesting point about the lute suites. It is known that Bach liked to play them on the lautenwerk. He wrote them in standard notation but do you know if he wrote them on bass and treble clef, like a keyboard, or a single stave?

  • Really wonderful!!!

How can you get dynamics with tapping!!??

    BRAVO!!!!!!!!!

  • By tapping with different dynamics. :P Light, hard and everything in between.

  • I like this a lot! Since it's so short you should do repeats in order to prolong our listening experience.

  • you might be on to something...practice your scales. Seriously amazing, I totally appreciate your technical brilliance but I'm not feeling enough emotion, which is why I listen to music

  • it may be kind of hard to show feeling

    That technique is VERY difficult.

Its like looking left and right at the same time. xD Adam is amazing, dont put such negative comments about him. ^^

  • It's not negative...just constructive criticism. I am amazed at his talent. Certainly he was influenced by Stanley Jordan. Technically he is at the same level or beyond...but Jordan plays with more feel. Everyone has different tastes. I would rather hear 3 notes with passion than 100 techinically perfect notes. I am not saying Fulara has no passion...just that it's the only area of his playing which he could improve...go Adam you're an amazing talent!!

  • Alrighty.

Atleast you know what you're talking about.

I hate people in YouTube who just spit out random comments either from jealousy or just because they're bored. It's good to find others who atleast comment with a little substance.

    You know what i mean?

  • It's Bach! I'm sure the way he is playing it has something to do with it. I totally hate the "passionate Bach playing" dudes.

  • Yes, classical period's music tends to be like that - not much room for emotions, improvisation and the like. Romatical period is something else. I'd like to see guitarists do covers from that time period.

  • Adam! I'm in Awe!!! I teach music at a middle school and I've been telling my students about you. You're awesome!

Thanks for sharing your talent with the world!

  • Paul Gilbert plays this too, double tracked of course seeing as he doesn't use touch style. His version is called GVRO for Goldberg Variation Ripoff. Its a bit slower and I like it.

  • One word AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Very nice! Glenn Gould of the guitar...

  • I see ..you got 3 hands are you coming from another planet?

  • quite amazing.

  • Fantastic

  • DEAR GOD NO, other then teh fact its sped up and modulated, its still GOOD ENOUGH TO MAKE ME SMASH MY GUITAR AGAINST A WALL!!!!!!!!!!

  • I love you.

  • kicks ass

  • Damn F*cking great player he must have 2 brains LMAO

  • nah, its like playing the piano. i bet any money this guy plays piano lol.

  • He kinda reminds me of John Deacon from Queen

  • i am sure steve vai can't play this

  • great!

upload more videos, please. people enjoy them =)

  • genius

  • thats it! ;) *****

  • brawo!

  • BRAVO not brawo lol

  • smells like CLIFF BURTON to

  • cant believe what I have seen. what a hammering. maaaaan!!!

  • HE FUCKING LOOKS LIKE CLIFF BURTON

    awsome btw

  • dude fantastic skill but it's not a contest. take your time to make it sound the way you want to.

    still: impressive young skywalker

  • SUPER !!!!

    Pako de Lucia II !!!!!!!!!

    Bravo !

  • While the tempo is marginally faster, the quality is vastly better than the Zack Kim rendition or any other I have heard from any other single or double neck standard play or tap play.

This man is a phenom whose love of music is obvious with his intense concentration seen in some other videos. This is nearly a simple piece for him compared to some of his other Bach covers. Play on wizard of the guitar world since you are a genuine guitar hero.

  • 100% agreed..

  • NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Damm him, I might as well smash my guitar, THAT BASTARD HAS RUINED 20 years of Guiatr for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • may I ask how long you have been playing? i love your stuff man

  • This is so impressive

  • solely to show the world that there is more to guitars then to bash em and throw them against the floor.. this man has skills, more then the world can ever handle, this man, is a genuine guitar player, he's real, he's just fucking, amazing..

  • Alright, just calm down! :)

  • You are an inspiration. Please post more Bach!

  • BEAUTIFUL! a little of the fast side but amazing!

  • nice one, dude! very nice!

  • This Nigga is a Wizard!

  • no hay ningun "cheat"!

    ;)

  • Wow, I like this one too. ignore the critics they are just jealous. pretty amazing, i can play this on piano, this looks impossible.Bach is so great he can endure being played on all different insturments. i have a version for organ by jean guillou, its a little strange but i like the organ sound too, the articulation can get pretty weird. i am sure you like glenn gould adam, but if not, check him out. i still play viola in orchestra and i really enjoy your playing, keep up the nice work.

  • Dude, so I glued 2 guitars together to mimick this, but it didn't work so well.

  • You sir, is the pathetic one.

  • don't you see he's cheating?^^

    guys...

  • So, where's MUSIC?????????

  • to play it on piano is amazing, this is just mind blowing...

  • Is this guy even human?

  • Sick talent, but I think you need to get out more. You look like powder if he grew his hair out.
