@NC420Reform Since you're gonna do a video on Tashkin's study on how the lung cancer patients had zero increase in lung cancer elevation, while the tobacco-only smokers had a 20-fold increase in just two weeks when they smoked. You need to know about the anti-tumoral properties of THC and even CBD. Type the following in google:
PMID:17583570 to see how THC induces apoptosis in colo-rectal cancer cells.
PMID:14570037 to see how THC inhibits(halts) the growth of tumor cells
@NC420Reform Yes. PMID's come from PubMed central. It's a great website that's a ".gov" source. Not a ".com" source where anybody could post it up there.
@NC420Reform (Cont.) Type in google "PMID:19425170" to see how THC induces autophagy(programmed cell death) in human glioma(tumor of the brain consisting of neuroglia) cells.
Next, PMID:16250836 to see a summation of different studies concerning cannabinoids anti-tumoral effects on various cancer cell types. I have more. Post me if you need more links :)

@dtpheif Just tell them that Dr. Donald Tashkin, a federal government researcher and pulmonary specialist at the Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California at Los Angeles, found that marijuana smoke contained just as many carcinogens as tobacco smoke in the late 90's. However, in 2006, his large case-controlled study found that marijuana only smokers had zero increase of lung cancer risk. While the tobacco-only smokers had a 20 fold increase in lung cancer risk.
@dtpheif (Cont.) Also, Dr. Tashkin admitted that the THC provided a protective effect. THC exhibits anti-tumor effects on various cancer cell types. THC binds to the protein receptors on a cancerous cell's surface, and induces a fatty substance called ceramide. The cancerous cell will then undergo autophagy(programmed cell death). Normal cells have a vast kinase checkpoint system that prevents ceramide production. While cancerous cells have a damaged kinase checkpoint system that allows ceramide
According to Dr. Donald Tashkin's research on "Does Marijuana Raise Lung Cancer Risk?". There were 611 patients that had lung cancer. The cancer patients that were tobacco-only smokers had a 20-fold increase in lung cancer elevation in two weeks when they smoked. There was zero elevation even among the heaviest of marijuana-only smokers when they smoked. Dr. Tashkin is the same guy who found that pot smoke contains the same chemicals as tobacco smoke. However, he admitted THC provides protection
@NC420Reform Type "Marijuana Doesn't Raise Lung Cancer Risk" in google. Read both of the top two links when you type it in. This was concluded in 2006. Oh, it's no problem at all. Glad I could be of assistance :)
@NC420Reform Oh you just now checked it out? Well, good. If you did a video on that study that would be awesome! It should be mainstream, but not a lot of people know about it. It's fairly recent too. 2006

There are video tutorials available to show how to extract the essential oils from hemp and this is the best way to use the plant as a medicine for physical ailments. Smoking is good on a secondary level because it unleashes the potential of the mind and it's the mind that builds the body. Just make sure you grow your own hemp. Much of the stuff you buy is sprayed with silicon and/or other nasties to increase weight and profit. Peace and good health to all, even the knockers.
@CannabisPhilosopher I think your assumption of a made up number is correct, I have read a few studies in the past and they suggest anywhere from 30-60% but no one had a definitive answer!
Yes there is a percentage that goes up in smoke when you smoke cannabis, even if you get to inhale all the smoke, it's not all getting into your system.
but that's not even 'killing' the anti cancer properties as gtrefghuk so scientifically claimed.
@CetraTJ It does not cure or kill all cancers. It inhibits the growth of some cancers. I like the enthusiasm but don't assume if you smoke pot you won't get cancer.
Dude...don't get paranoid, LOL! Seriously, I believe your point of this cause to be right. I think smoking it, outside of medical usage is a waste of time- which we have so little of. But the herbal, holistic qualities as a treatment or even for prevention is the way to go! Lord knows, doctors can't make any progress. They hustle their treatment, not the cure.
