what happens if you put a ksc g18c into a conversion kit for a tm?

@EaAirsoft i suspect the trigger pin would not line up as the KSC and the TM have different size frames.

Thanks for helping me make my decision for which gun to choose. I was really unsure of whether to choose the g18c or 17 marui (many videos of the conversion working without filing and videos saying it didn't work), but now I will get the 17 because I don't really want to mess up with the dremel or take any chances. :) Thanks again

@sirchewtrain i would strongly recommend the 18 myself.

while both of them are the best airsoft glocks you can get, the 18 has several internal design improvements such as the ability to reach a higher fps, and smoother slide cycling.

@StaticNexus O really, that sooo good this is my final decision then, Glock 18..... luckly, I didn't get it yet (high school is delaying me).......I just hope I can file out the hera a bit properly.

@sirchewtrain its fairly easy to do, you just need a dremel with a sanding part - i wasnt worried about messing mine up since it only cost £50 delivered and I only had an 18c so it was do or die. 20 mins work and it was sorted :)

you dont have to make it so the selector switch is accessible like me, just so theres room inside for the selector switch to move back n forth.

in the beginning of this vid you say that there must be modifications for fiting the g 18. I just would like to ask do you think it would work for the marui

@sirchewtrain its a Marui G18c in the video, so yes. as long as you file out a space for the selector, and file the inside so the selector doesn't rub as it travels back and forth.

The c models are not compatible with these models .. Because the flame that comes out from the compensator can damage the gun

How rigid is the body? Does it twist easy?

@ARBuilder1776 its very strong, it has a little flex in it which is good as its not brittle. I wouldn't be concerned about breaking it at all unless you do something really stupid....

Thanx for this. I got the same Kit (in TAN), but my KWA G17 sucks (the only gun, i can use for this !?). It's a crappy gun. Loading/shooting problems. Damn!
