Lester Brown on the Importance of Political Action

Economies can not function without exponential leaps in population growth. We are trillions in debt saving the environment is the last political thing on the table. The sustainability movement would be great but the corporate world will never under any surcumstance allow such meddling. When plantary destruction becomes so bad the rich can not hide is the tipping point for change and not a day before. This is sad to say and no reason not to strive for sane change. Obama is no Environmentalist.
