His Muay Thai may not be elite-level, but I've seen guys who've been at it longer then Phil and less then half his age come nowhere near his skill level. Hell, there are TONS of guys in UFC with shittier technique, and they become world champs.

that's a real muay thai kick. When you swing your back paw in a circle motion to crank your waist towhip the leg and the other hand swings for balance

with his stance, your left arm flicks up a bit, and your right arm flicks down (try it)
helps balance & give force to your hips, which extend to your legs and push power to the kick

I would skip the bike and machines if i were you, there's so many other warm-up things you can do like high-knees etc.
By the way: Work on your boxing man! Use your shoulders better, it looks like your doing kick-boxing not thai.
