  • His Muay Thai may not be elite-level, but I've seen guys who've been at it longer then Phil and less then half his age come nowhere near his skill level. Hell, there are TONS of guys in UFC with shittier technique, and they become world champs.

    your roundhouse technique needs some work

  • hey Mr. Phil why do you swing your arms when your about to kick

  • with his stance, your left arm flicks up a bit, and your right arm flicks down (try it)

    helps balance & give force to your hips, which extend to your legs and push power to the kick

  • yeah it does help with power but the openent will know its coming and it will give them time to evade and posibly counter the attack

  • that's a real muay thai kick. When you swing your back paw in a circle motion to crank your waist towhip the leg and the other hand swings for balance

    I would skip the bike and machines if i were you, there's so many other warm-up things you can do like high-knees etc.

    By the way: Work on your boxing man! Use your shoulders better, it looks like your doing kick-boxing not thai.

    Anyways no offence just wanted to give you some tips.

    No offence but your technique isn't that good, some sloppy moves and your guard isn't good, you're not ready for a fight.
