@linkfreak404 Nope actually the real reason why einhander 2 was canceled was that Kenichiro Fukui the games music composer decided to just teach music composition. Square enix couldnt replace him as the tracks he produced was as important to the game as the game play itself . If he decides to come back its a huge possibility we will get get another sequel.

They were making it during the FFVIII project. about half way through FFVIII, they cancelled the prototype Einhander 2, due to the lack of buyers for the previous game ( thus why its a rare game to find). but if you look on FFVIII, the ragnarok ship is an easter egg itself. it resembles to Einhander (the name of ship) and the one of the prototype einhanders.
