3- Talk about be respected or noticed? People doesn't have to notice you, people go to work and should you. Disrespect? Mistreatment?. Well do your job, make sure your boss and the client have no complaint. I see other security officers that their uniforms looked like crap, sit in front of the client pc or monitor room and have no manners, use improper lenguage in & out doors, are filthy and lack of hygene at work stations after eating, sleep on duty, etc. If I was a manager I'll fire them too!.

2- You pay to the Union for 10 days worth of work to have 6 days of paid. Is that even fair?.

1- Does not give you job security. If the client (building owner) says paying too much, i'm going with X security company which they can. You will be like "why did I pay Union? or Is the Union going to get me another job?" Good luck on that one if you get a Unioned Security Site in your company.

I'm a Sec Rep (same as an Officer just that don't wear uniform) and I tell you.. Not all of the companies are perfect, mine isn't either. I believe Security Union its just a blood (money) sucking spam business. Just 3 common sence fact. in the next 3 comments.
